New Team Member!

Hi everyone!

We are excited to announce a new team member, Ally Hawk!

A couple of things about Ally. She loves to paint and watercolor and enjoys spending time outdoors, at the beach, hiking with her pup, biking, and running. She is excited for this adventure because it aligns with her goals of learning how to build adobe/wattle and daub homes. Specifically, she is interested in studying the differences and similarities between traditional, earthen construction techniques and typical techniques that are seen in the US. Also, she is interested in analyzing the effects of build workshops on the local community.

The workshop is quickly approaching! Reserve your spot on the team now! Email us at weft2017@gmail.com

Thanks!

Hi All!

We would like to introduce our newest team member! Dan Ellis.

UPDATE!

Hi everyone!

Thank you to all who have donated and helped us to spread the word. We reached and have passed our goal!

Additional donations are still welcomed and encouraged, as they will help us to be prepared for the unexpected as well as refine the design on site with the local community and builders. Additional funds will also allow us to help make improvements to existing areas of the village.

We are also still offering T-shirt sponsorship opportunities to any businesses or organizations who would like to donate towards our project. If interested, please download the form HERE.

Also, we are still accepting volunteers to join us on the ground. We are quickly approaching the workshop dates, so anybody interested in joining should get in touch with us as soon as possible to begin planning!

Thank you everyone!
